Do you accept returns?
We hope you love your items from Thrifted Tots. However, these items are secondhand in nature, we will do our best to ensure any slight blemishes are disclosed in our listings, so please make sure you read the product listings carefully and check all photos.
We do accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or items that do not fit, however the shipping of these items is at the customers expense and must be done within 14 days of receiving the item. No shipping label will be provided by Thrifted Tots, returns can be addressed to ___________*
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, or believe that an item is significantly different to as displayed on thriftedtots.com, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for return/refund of that item. Thrifted Tots will organise the return shipping for incorrect or faulty items and will cover the shipping expense.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, we do have some items that are final sale. These will be clearly marked on our website.
We are also unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
We aim to ship most items within 1-2 business days.

Can I sell you my used children's clothing?
Watch this space! We aim to open a buying service VERY soon! If you have items you are interested in selling asap, you can send us an email at admin@thriftedtots.com with photos of the items and we can discuss further.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
