Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on thriftedtots.com are in Australian Dollars (AUD). When applicable, GST is included in the displayed price of all items. Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice. Payment for an item may be made by credit card or debit card.

Availability of Items

In the rare event that an item of clothing listed for sale on Thrifted Tots is no longer available, a representative from Thrifted Totswill contact you at the earliest possible convenience, allowing you the option either to select an alternative item or to cancel your order.

Cancelling an Order

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Following dispatch, we do accept returns or refunds. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy for more information.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or items that do not fit, however the shipping of these items is at the customers expense and must be done within 14 days of receiving the item. No shipping label will be provided by Thrifted Tots, returns can be addressed to ___________*

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, or believe that an item is significantly different to as displayed on thriftedtots.com, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for return/refund of that item. Thrifted Tots will organise the return shipping for incorrect or faulty items and will cover the shipping expense.

Product Colour Portrayal

All items listed for sale are photographed against a white background and with consistent photographic lighting sources. Please be aware that, due to a wide variety of computer monitor and device screen settings, true colours of items may not be accurately reflected and may affect the way items appear. Thrifted Tots cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies by interpretation.

Shipping & Delivery

We choose to work with Australia Post to facilitate the booking and delivery of parcels and follow their terms and conditions. Please refer to Australia Post website for more information in regards to their parcel and delivery terms and conditions.

A flat rate shipping fee of $9. 95 is applied to all orders. The total Shipping Fee will be visible before making the payment for the shipment. The Shipping Fee only applies to shipments to addresses within Australia.
